Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase or it arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at vornyxteeco@gmail.com for support. If a return is required, items should be sent to:

We’ve designed our return and refund process to be clear, simple, and hassle-free.

Return Guidelines

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. We’ll provide a prepaid return label.
  • Other returns or exchanges: You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate the process. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, including tags and any included accessories. Returns can be requested through our website or via email.
  • Non-returnable items: Personalized, custom-made, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping costs: For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds

Once your returned item reaches our facility, it will be inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.
If you report a defective or damaged product after the 30-day window, we’ll work with you to find an appropriate solution, such as a repair or replacement.

Missing or Delayed Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company.

Sale Items

Refunds are only available on regular-priced items. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

For defective or damaged products, we’re happy to send a replacement. Please email vornyxteeco@gmail.com and return the item to:

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the return value.
  • If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Instructions

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility.
  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Please ensure items are securely packaged and include the original invoice.

Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.
