DCMA

Vornyxteeco operates as an online marketplace where individuals can create and sell custom T-shirts and other merchandise.

We maintain a strict policy prohibiting any designs that infringe on the intellectual property (IP) rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, and related protections.

If you believe your intellectual property has been misused on Vornyxteeco, please follow the instructions below.

A. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

Once we receive a properly completed notice, Vornyxteeco will make a good-faith effort to remove or limit access to any content suspected of violating IP rights.

Accounts that repeatedly breach this policy may be permanently closed. To submit a report of copyright or other IP infringement, your notice must include:

  • Clear identification of the copyrighted or otherwise protected work, including registration details if applicable.
  • Specific identification of the allegedly infringing material, with:
    • A description of how your rights are being violated.
    • A direct link or precise location on the Vornyxteeco platform to assist verification.
  • Your full contact information: name, address, phone number, and email.
  • A sworn statement, under penalty of perjury, confirming that the disputed use is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law.
  • A second sworn statement that all details provided are accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

B. What Happens After a Valid Notice Is Received

When Vornyxteeco receives a valid infringement claim:

  • The reported content will be removed or disabled.
  • The uploader will be notified.
  • Repeat violations may result in account termination.

C. Counter-Notice Process

If a user believes their content was wrongfully removed or that they are legally entitled to use it, they may file a counter-notice including:

  • Identification of the content removed or disabled, along with its previous location.
  • A sworn statement, under penalty of perjury, asserting the removal was due to error or misidentification.
  • Full contact information: name, address, phone number, and email.
  • A declaration agreeing to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court where they reside—or, if outside the U.S., where Vornyxteeco operates.
  • Their physical or electronic signature.

If a valid counter-notice is submitted, Vornyxteeco may forward it to the original complainant. The complainant will then have 10–14 business days to initiate legal action. If no such action is taken, Vornyxteeco may restore the content at its discretion.

Important Notice
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly submits a false infringement claim may be held liable for damages, including attorneys’ fees.
